Web Design Prices

This page is the most important page on our web site why, because trying to figure out how much a web site will cost your business can be an absolute mine field. With pricing being quoted from €300 for a template site through to €250 for a large bespoke job, it can be confusing.

We have laid out some prices below for complete website design packages that are tailored to keep web design costs to an affordable starting cost. All of our web design packages are flexible and ideal for most website requirements but if you wish to discuss your requirements without obligation please feel free to contact us.

What is the project?
Before we can evaluate any Web design project, we need to determine what it will entail. Some questions we ask include:

How many pages will need to be created?

Are there images and/or design that need to be used, or will they be created as part of the project?

Is there content for the site, or will that need to be written by the designer?

Will there be any Flash, multimedia, programming or scripting required?

Depending on the answer to those questions, it may raise the prices. But be sure that if we agree to an accelerated schedule, that it's one we can meet.

When do you want the project completed.
The more urgent a project is, the more it can generally cost.

How much long-term maintenance is required?
Often, when a Web site is commissioned, the clients have not thought beyond just getting the page up on the site. Here at GOEGI we make sure that our clients have maintenance covered.

Basics		Information
Basic site design	€250	Your basic site design includes laying out the way your site will look. This ensures that your pages will remain consistent throughout your website. This also includes the cost of your homepage.
Each Static Page	€45	Each additional page to your website is written individually with special concentration on wording each page for best possible search engine placement.
Basic graphics	€40	Basic graphics can include banners, images, buttons, photos.
Advanced graphics	CALL	Animated graphics and flash design are priced according to your needs.
Forms	€50	Forms are simply web pages that connect to a program on the server. We use a program that will hide your email address from robots.
Hosting		Let us host your site on our servers. Several packages available.
Additional Scripting		Information
Recommend this site	€25	Many clients have found that their visitors will send friends if you make it easy for them. We place this script on your site to make it easy for your visitors to recommend the site to their friends.
Content Updater	€50	Often clients will want a section of their site that they can update on a regular basis. We have several solutions available to let you simply fill in a form and have your website updated instantly. Prices start at €50
Bulletin Board	ASK	Again, we have several solutions available.
E-Commerce	ASK	We have solutions ranging from simple web order forms to full blown shopping carts. We can also help you set up a paypal shopping cart if that is your desire.
Website Maintenance	ASK	Website maintenance includes search engine submission (the first 6 months is free). Choose your level of maintenance on our hosting plans.

Auto Responders	€5 setup	Let visitors request instant information emailed to them.
Data Entry	€35/pg	If your text is unavailable on floppy or E-Mail form we will be happy to do it for you.
Add Items to Shopping Cart	€5/item	Our shopping cart software includes an easy to use web based admin control. If you do not want to add your items to your shopping cart, we will happily add them for you.
Digital e Brochure	€50	Let visitors download a 5 page brochure about your services or products. Please be aware that since this is a download, images should be kept to a minimum.
Secure Server	€5	If you plan on transmitting sensitive information, a secure server is a must. €10.00 Setup / €5.00 Per month (Note: Our shopping cart software has a secure server built in. You do not need an additional secure server for the shopping cart.)

The price quoted to you will depend on things such as the amount of custom artwork required, the number of pages and features and complexity of the programming required.

In order to assess your requirements, all preliminary consultations are free. Once your requirements have been identified we will provide a quote for the project and a timescale for completion. If this is satisfactory, we will get to work on your site and there will be no hidden extras from there on in, providing of course, that no substantial changes are requested by the client.
